All Tied Up

As I said in a previous post, I was in Arizona last week, attending a workshop with Daniel Keys and learned a lot. However, there was some free time in the evening. Obviously. Four nights in the hotel room allowed me quite a bit of time to do some painting outside the classroom

This is the first painting I did and then finished it up this afternoon. It should be obvious I like boats and seascapes and this is another attempt at the lowly rowboat. I think it came out well. Only a couple of things that I would have changed, but I like it.

8×10 oil painting on wood panel.
