Day 30 of the 30 Day Challenge – Meadow Pond

Well, this marks the end of the 30 Paintings in 30 Days Challenge. I must say that I never thought I would be able to do this many paintings in such a short amount of time. Thirty paintings is more paintings than I did all last year. I have seen some great improvement from where I started and I can see where I still need to work on my technique.

I had planned on doing a bigger piece for the last one, but with work taking a front seat today, I just couldn’t find the time to get started. By the time I was able to pick up my brushes I knew I could never start and finish a large painting before the end of the day. So I’ll save the larger paintings for next month’s challenge. It should be fun.

5×7″ oil on canvas panel.
