I did a bit of painting yesterday. I started with a larger canvas (see Leslie, larger canvas) down in the living room. It’s the only place big enough for that easel. It’s not a huge canvas, only 22×28″, but it’s bigger than my usual 6×6″. And Honey Bunny complained, “you’re taking over my living room!” Yes I am. Of course, it’s her fault. She bought me the easel for my birthday.
After the light was gone in the living room and I quit for the day, I wasn’t really done with painting, so I pulled out a small board and went to town on it at my desk upstairs. Just a quickie lemon.
